> Organisational Development Tool

As noted above in the Regional Collaboration section under Joint CEOs. The process for implementation and connection between the RSTs and RSOs and NSOs to be developed is on hold until the final version has been approved by SPARC.  This is required as SPARC are the owner of the intellectual property as funder.  The six codes are badminton, netball, athletics, basketball, soccer, hockey.

> NSO Working Party

This will form part of the work of the ‘Agenda Auckland’ paper which is being developed in line with SPARC.  Contact has been made with NSOs regarding the facilities planning issue and requesting opportunities to meet with code CEOS to discuss there views and delivery of programme and barriers of delivery into the region.

The Auckland based NSO forum is still to be finalised.  Convenor – Shelly McMeeken has contacted the SD to invite a presentation on Tuesday September 26th.

Outcome = development of the Agenda Auckland paper and connection with national bodies

> Basketball NZ

As a model of above basketball NZ has approached ARPASS to discuss an alternative model of delivery within the Auckland region.  This will include a realignment of Regional Bodies and an introduction of services from the national body to the Auckland region to provide coaching, athlete development, events management and capability services to the Associations.  This will have the effect of removing these roles from each Association and delivering them regionally – thus allowing the Association to focus on supporting community delivery and representative teams, coaches and volunteers.

> Coach CORP

As previously noted within the Regional Collaboration section under Joint CEOS.
